Peter Czaga is a Policy Officer at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Transport and Mobility (DG MOVE). He works on initiatives related to the decarbonisation of the maritime transport sector, and specifically on the implementation of the FuelEU Maritime Regulation. He joined the European Commission in 2005 and, before DG MOVE, he spent time at the Directorate-General for External Trade and at the Directorate-General for the Environment. He is an economist by training.
