Mark Cauchi Garzia was appointed Deputy General Manager at Valletta Cruise Port in 2023, having been engaged as the Head of Operations and Projects at Valletta Cruise Port since March 2017. He brings a diverse set of expertise and professional experience with over 20 years’ experience in Senior Management. Prior to joining Valletta Cruise Port, Mark served twelve years as the Production and Planning Manager at Foster Clark Products Limited, a Process Manufacturing Leader. His achievements included the attainment of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems and an ERP implementation for the 5 manufacturing sites and warehouses, leading to being awarded the Winner for ’The Best ERP Solution’ by MCA. Prior to joining Foster Clark Products Limited, Cauchi Garzia was the Commercial Manager at John Ripard & Son Limited as agents for MSC with direct involvement in the setting up of Medex Container Services offering Feedering Services in 19 ports. Cauchi Garzia studied Business Administration at Henley Business school, University of Reading and also holds a Diploma in Administration and Management, University of Malta.
