Capt. Terence Farrugia is a Master Mariner with over 21 years of maritime experience, including roles as Officer, Captain, Maritime Pilot, and Mooring Master. He has held a Maritime Pilot licence for the past decade and is the President and Chief Pilot of the Malta Maritime Pilots. 

He also serves as a Director at MaritimeMT, Ocean Care Ltd, and Port Logistics Operations Ltd, and is Vice President on the Council of the Malta Cooperatives Federation. Capt. Farrugia lectures at MaritimeMT and is a Henley EMBA alumnus, committed to advancing the maritime sector.
