Mr. Adrian Camilleri is presently serving in the role of Chief Operations Officer at the Malta Freeport Corporation which is the state authority regulating the Freeport Zone in Malta.

Adrian holds a Master of Business Administration and specialises in process consultancy, business analysis, business management and project management. He has built up over two and a half decades experience in the Banking and Financial Industry implementing a wide range of technological, administrative and regulatory projects.

Besides the role of COO at the Freeport Authority, Adrian monitors projects being implemented by the Freeport Operators such as the Squaring Off Terminal 2 and manages all large-scale infrastructural projects being implemented by the Freeport Authority with the flagship project being the High Voltage Shore Connection.

Adrian has brought an innovative perspective how to administer the daily running of the business and setting up plans in the longer term for the Corporation whilst constantly acknowledging the social responsibilities to the nearby community and the environment.
